Write about a great olfactory memory.

so, scents... i seem to like a lot of odd ones. burnt popcorn, gunpowder, gasoline. any way, the one that triggers memories is cigarette smoke. i wouldn't say it is a specific memory, so much as it is memories of good times. usually any time i've been around the smell, or have been smoking myself, things are good

as much as i love the smell though, it stays on your fingers for a while. that part is pretty lame. i had a tobacco pipe briefly, i may look into this again. i think it is from the perspective of ritual and routine i suppose that has me interested in one

also cigarette lighters, particularly bic disposables, have become and occasional stim toy. the most important part is removing the thumb safety on the striker. i then turn it in my hand 4 times, stike and ignite, then 4 turns ... repeat

i've been figuring out that i very much enjoy (good) sounds and (good) tactile experiences
